Surplus Sale Rules

Bids that do not follow the rules are subject to disqualification.

• READ THE BID DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. Each sale's bid document contains full rules and instructions.
• BID IN WHOLE DOLLARS ONLY. Do not use cents. Cents will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
• SUBMIT YOUR BID CORRECTLY. Bring your bid to Room F-42 in a sealed envelope with your name, date/time, and sale number written on the outside. Late bids will not be counted.

NOTICE: All items are offered for sale AS IS and WHERE IS without recourse against Santa Fe College or The District Board of Trustees. No warranties are implied or will be issued. All sales are final. No refunds are granted. Buyers are responsible for removal of items and any applicable costs. Buyers who disregard payment and/or pickup instructions are subject to disqualification from future sales.
