The Academic Advisement Center will be closed for winter break from December 21, 2024, through January 5, 2025.

The Center will reopen January 6, 2025, with extended hours for drop-in only advising at the Northwest Campus in Building R, Room 201 or request services virtually in the Zoom lobby. Students can receive service Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with last check-in at 5:30 p.m., and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with last check-in at 4 p.m.

Standard advising hours will resume Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Due to increased visits as registration for the Summer and Fall semesters approach, and in order to best serve all students, from March 3, 2025 through May 9, 2025 advisors in the Academic Advisement Center will be available on a drop-in only basis. During drop-in advising, students will be signed in to meet with the first available advisor.

Academic Advisors are available and ready to assist you! You can schedule an appointment to meet with your assigned advisor or utilize our drop-in services to meet with the first available advisor. To access our drop-in advising services, visit the Academic Advisement Center on the Northwest Campus (Building R, Room 201) or join us in our .

Advisors are available at the Andrews Center, Blount Center, Davis Center and Watson Center as well. Review each center's advising page for updated information. Answers to general advising questions are also available anytime through the Ask SF Chatbot.
