February 12 Update on Technical Error to 青青草视频 Accounts

青青草视频 is continuing to restore access to student and employee accounts that were made inaccessible due to a technical error. While several issues have been resolved, and no user data has been lost, there are still many students and employees who cannot access Canvas, eSantaFe, eStaff, their SF email account and other services.
To accommodate students who do not have financial aid packages and still owe fees for Spring G, the payment deadline has been extended until Thursday, February 13.
Please help us in sharing information with students and colleagues who are still affected to let them know that all accounts will be fully restored as soon as possible and to provide the following helpful information:
- If you cannot log in,
- Reset your password at , then allow 30 minutes before using the new password to allow time for it to synchronize across all accounts (eSantaFe or eStaff, Canvas, SF email).
- If the password reset does not work, call 352-395-5999 for the next steps.
- If you can get into the system but something is missing (SF email, OneDrive, etc.)
- Create a ticket on our website, , for the most efficient path to resolution.
We are also asking that, because students and employees who are still impacted will not be able to complete tasks or assignments by previously scheduled due dates, or respond to student requests, that the college community be flexible, and should show empathy to those who are still awaiting their account access to be returned.
