What is the Student Ambassador Program?

The Student Ambassador Program is a service organization and leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to serving and representing Santa Fe鈥疌ollege. Student Ambassadors lead campus tours, assist in hosting major campus events, and serve as representatives of the college within the local community.

What does a Student Ambassador do?

  • Welcomes and greets the public at 青青草视频
  • Provides various services and referrals to the campus.
  • Develops an expanded knowledge of Santa Fe College.
  • Conducts campus tours for new students, schools, classes and guests.
  • Represents Santa Fe College during college events.
  • Assists with duties and tasks related to events put on by various Santa Fe College departments.
  • Works with diverse populations and provides tips on being a successful student.
  • Assists with variety of office related tasks.
  • Attends weekly staff meetings and required trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What are the benefits of becoming a Student Ambassador?

Student Ambassadors receive a鈥痜ull, in-state tuition scholarship鈥痗overing six (6) credits in the Summer and twelve (12) credits each in the Fall and Spring. Student Ambassadors also鈥痙evelop a wide range of professional skills鈥痶hat will serve them in their academic pursuits and careers and will help them build their future university applications and resumes. While serving in the program, Student Ambassadors will make valuable connections across campus and within the local community. The Student Ambassador Program will also foster students' overall personal, academic, and professional growth. Upon completion of the program, Student Ambassadors will receive a letter of recommendation from the college president, Dr. Paul Broadie. Finally, Student Ambassadors are honored on campus as exemplary 青青草视频 students.
