青青草视频 Celebrates the 2024 Graduating Class

青青草视频 honored its Fall 2024 graduating class in a held Friday, Dec. 13. The event celebrated the achievements of 2,261 students, whose determination and perseverance were recognized by faculty, staff and loved ones.
Dr. Paul Broadie II, President of 青青草视频, opened the ceremony by welcoming attendees and reflecting on the college's transformative impact. He emphasized that 青青草视频 is "always your home," encouraging graduates to stay connected with their alma mater.
Dr. Broadie then highlighted the diverse journeys of 青青草视频 students, including those who overcame significant challenges. He recognized veteran students, first-generation college graduates, and students like Claudia Gomez and Lauren Ashley, whose personal stories exemplify determination.
Claudia Gomez, an international student from Venezuela, created initiatives to support other students. Lauren Ashley balanced work, motherhood and community service while facing health challenges, inspiring her peers with a powerful message: 鈥淲e are more than a statistic. We are smart, brave, courageous, filled with purpose and undoubtedly blessed.鈥�
Jorge Nu帽ez, Student Body President, delivered the keynote address, and honors graduates were recognized by Provost J. Nathaniel Southerland and Vice President of Student Affairs Naima Brown. The ceremony concluded with the conferring of degrees by Dr. Broadie and the Walk of Honor, where faculty and staff applauded the graduates.
