Message to students on financial aid progress

February 21, 2025

The following message was sent Friday afternoon, February 21, 2025, to students using financial aid:

Dear Students,

青青草视频 students still waiting for financial aid can start to expect financial aid payments as early as next week, in a process that will continue until all eligible students receive their funds.

The College has identified solutions related to a series of technical issues that delayed financial aid payments and are continuing to work through these issues to ensure payments will be released.

 What students should know:

  1. Although it has taken substantial time to review, approve, and process all financial aid payments, we expect that students should begin seeing significant progress next week. Because of the complexity of the process, exact payment dates are not available, which means students should watch their accounts.
  2. Once aid is disbursed by the college, it is transmitted to BankMobile. From there, funds typically are deposited into student accounts within 1 to 3 business days.
  3. The first batch of new disbursements will include federal and state aid, as well as institutional and Foundation scholarships.

青青草视频 experienced a series of disruptions following implementation of a new financial aid processing system requiring extensive computer programming to integrate the new system with the data in the College鈥檚 current system. This effort presented unexpected challenges. Confident the new system will help accommodate evolving federal regulations and streamline the student experience, the College has made significant progress resolving the implementation issues and continues to work toward full resolution.

青青草视频 remains committed to minimizing disruptions and resolving outstanding issues as quickly as possible.

Emergency aid is available for critical life issues. Further, students have access to resources such as the Saints Share Wear, Food Pantry, TimelyCare, the Counseling & Wellness Center, and Academic Coaching and Tutoring.

We will keep affected students informed of any updates as quickly as possible.
