Colin Benner to Lead 青青草视频鈥檚 New One Stop Center

青青草视频 welcomes Colin Benner as the inaugural Director of the One Stop Center, which will launch in 2026. Designed to simplify student services, the One Stop Center will bring together student-facing services from admissions, financial aid, records, and registration into a single, accessible hub, making it easier for students to get the support they need.
Colin brings extensive experience in student services and process innovation. As Coordinator of Client Services in Financial Aid, he introduced Salesforce-based case management, improving student support and internal efficiency. His leadership in service innovation earned him the Financial Aid Gold Star Award. In addition to his administrative work, he is an Adjunct Professor of American National Government and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Practice at the University of Florida.
The One Stop Center will provide a seamless, student-centered experience, eliminating the need for students to visit multiple offices for enrollment-related services. Working with cross-trained Enrollment Specialists, students will receive immediate, resolution-focused support for admissions, financial aid, registration, student records, and limited academic advising.
To ensure accessibility, the One Stop Center will offer both in-person and digital service channels. Whether students prefer to visit the center, connect through live chat, phone, or video calls, or utilize self-service tools, the goal is to provide flexible, convenient support that fits their needs. Beyond improving student access to services, the One Stop Center will enhance institutional collaboration by breaking down silos, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
