Sgt. Precious Ford Leaving SF to Become a Nurse

March 27, 2023 鈥� 青青草视频 Police Sergeant Precious Ford is pursuing a career in nursing and will be leaving 青青草视频. She leaves behind a highly successful legacy of over 10 years of service with 青青草视频 and the SFPD.
She was hired at SF as a dispatcher in July 2012. Just over one year later in 2013 she became a police officer and was promoted to sergeant in 2017. Sgt. Ford has received numerous compliments, commendations, and was the SKY Valor Officer of the Year in 2015. Chief Book stated that he looks "forward to seeing her serve the community as a nurse in the near future in the same outstanding way she served the SF and surrounding community."
Her last day at SF will be Monday, April 3. The college community is invited to visit with her as she works during the Spring Arts Festival, April 1-2 on the Northwest Campus.
