To support student access to quality tutoring services in a variety of subject areas (math, science, writing, and more), ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ offers online tutoring through the Learning Commons and a company called Smarthinking. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Currently enrolled students have access to tutoring through the Learning Commons and up to four hours of online tutoring per semester through Smarthinking.
• Smarthinking tutoring hours are automatically renewed each semester for enrolled students.
• After using four hours of Smarthinking tutoring, students can request four additional hours if they cannot use the Learning Commons instead. Requests can take up to 2 days to be fulfilled. The Learning Commons offers online as well as face-to-face sessions.
• Students are encouraged to use Learning Commons services when available instead of Smarthinking. The Learning Commons works with faculty members to offer tutoring tailored to ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ students.
