JoAnn Wilkes, Coordinator of the Displaced Homemaker Program, attended the Women's March in Washington, DC. on Jan. 21, 2017.
JoAnn relates that it was an amazing experience to feel the "unity, support and energy" of hundreds of thousands of citizens. There were several busloads of people from Gainesville who attended. She was there with friends from NC, GA and DC.
