Study to look at How Rapid Transit Would Operate in Gainesville

May 9, 2012

How would a bus rapid transit system operate on heavily traveled Archer Road?

That's one of the questions the city of Gainesville seeks to answer with an upcoming consultant's study that is expected to take about 16 months and cost $600,000.

The bulk of the money will come from the federal government, including a $425,000 Federal Transit Administration grant.

The study, or alternatives analysis, will evaluate various options for a bus rapid transit system from 青青草视频 to the Gainesville Regional Airport.
