SF fundraising efforts
There鈥檚 a lot 鈥渃ooking鈥� on campus regarding fundraising to help students and staff at the University of Alabama impacted by the Tuscaloosa tornado. We鈥檒l publish details as they firm up.
During the Summer Volunteer Fair on Tuesday, May 17, you can make a financial donation for Alabama Relief.
If you鈥檇 like to get involved in brainstorming and organizing fundraisers at our campus, staff and faculty should contact Katey Arnold at 352-395-5588.
Student Government is forming a fundraising committee. To participate, contact SG Treasurer Katie Sands at sgtreasurer@sfcollege.edu or Jessa Carpenter in the Office of Civic Engagement and Service at 352-381-3725.
鈥淲e are also attempting to plan a trip to Tuscaloosa in the break between Summer A and B, June 24-27, for students who want to volunteer,鈥� said Carpenter.
