Jazz Up Spring 鈥� Free Jazz Concert April 1

The 3rd Annual 鈥淛azz Up Spring鈥� is hosted on Thursday, April 1 in the E Building Auditorium, starting at 7 p.m. This year's concert features Steve Bingham directing the Santa Fe Big Band, Jazz Combo, Rhythm and Blues, and the Santa Fe Swing Choir under the direction of Lynn Sandefur.
The groups will be performing and singing jazz and blues standards: 鈥淎pril in Paris鈥� as performed by the Count Basie Orchestra, 鈥淭ake the A-Train,鈥� 鈥淭hey Can Never Take that Away from Me,鈥� and 鈥淪pain鈥� by Chick Corea are only a few of the great standards featured.
There will be a bake sale in the auditorium lobby sponsored by the Musicians United club to raise funds for their annual spring tour.
The concert is free, but donations are accepted.
