Form W-2s for the 2024 tax year are now available in . You can access your W-2 in the "Pay" app under My Statements 鈫� Tax Documents.
In addition, paper W-2s will be mailed to every employee by Friday, January 31.
How to Access and Print Your W-2
1. Log into Workday. On your home screen, select the 鈥淢enu鈥� button in the upper left corner.
2. Open the 鈥淢enu鈥� scroll down until you see the 鈥淧ay鈥� app.
3. Open the 鈥淧ay鈥� app and locate the 鈥淢y Statements鈥� section. This will be on the right if you鈥檙e on desktop. You may need to scroll down if you鈥檙e on mobile.
4. In the 鈥淢y Statements鈥� section, select the 鈥淭ax Documents鈥� option.
5. You will see your W-2 listed. Select 鈥淰iew/Print鈥� to access it. It may take a moment for your W-2 to open in the PDF window. You may see a 鈥渨ait or be notified later鈥� prompt. Please be patient; do not hit the Back button or close out. The W-2 will appear shortly.
6. When your W-2 opens, use the icons in the upper right corner of the screen to download or print it.
