1095-C Forms Now Available in Workday

Employees can now access their 2024 tax year 1095-C forms in . To find the form, they can type 鈥淢y ACA Forms鈥� in the Workday search bar. Another option is to navigate to the 鈥淏enefits and Pay鈥� app under the Menu tab in the top left corner of the screen, expand the Benefits section, and select ACA forms.
If the 鈥淏enefits and Pay鈥� app is not already saved, employees can add it by selecting 鈥淎dd Apps鈥� at the bottom left of the Menu screen.
For those who prefer a paper copy, Workday will mail 1095-C forms to the address on file by Friday, February 28, 2025.
