Technical Error Update
ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ continues to restore access to student and employee accounts that were made inaccessible due to a technical error this week. Students and employees who are still having access issues can take the following steps:
Access your ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ account
- If you cannot log in to your ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ accounts
- Reset your password at , then allow 30 minutes before using the new password to allow time for it to synchronize across all accounts (eSantaFe or eStaff, Canvas, SF email).
- If the password reset does not work, call 352-395-5999 for the next steps.
- If you can access your ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ account, but items such as email, OneDrive,
etc. are missing
- Create a ticket on our website, , for the most efficient path to resolution.
